How can I return an individually purchased item?

Contact us within 14 days of receipt with the order number, item name, and return reason. We will email you back within 24 hours with the status of your return request. You are responsible for any return shipping fees.

What am I getting?
Style Swag Box (valued at $120) in your chosen theme for the month, which will include a pair of hot heels or chic handbag, a piece of fresh jewelry, and a beauty essential.
When will I receive my Style Swag Box?
Your Style Swag Box will arrive within 7 days of the RSVP date noted.
What if I don’t want to receive the next box?
Confirm that you’d like to skip a month by the RSVP date. You’ll receive a credit for the amount of your monthly dues, which can be used for the next month’s Style Swag or toward a purchase from our Shop. For each month that you skip, your membership will be extended by the same number of months.
Can I return items from the Style Swag Box?
Yes. You have 14 days to return any product for store credit only. Store credit can be used to purchase any individual item in our marketplace. Please note that you are responsible for any shipping cost.  You can always shop individual items or rent our shoes to try before you buy.
  

RENT

How much is SoleScription's flat monthly rate?

Different membership levels allow access to different collections and brands.  For Rental Membership, the cost is $29 per month.  

Monthly membership renewal fees will be automatically charged to your credit card on file each month.  SoleScription will automatically renew your Membership on each monthly anniversary date of the Membership and, as authorized by you by checking the box demonstrating your consent for automatic monthly renewal of your Membership during the sign-up process, we will charge your credit card with the applicable Membership fee. Each Membership renewal period is for one month.  Your subscription date starts on the day you sign up and complete the transaction.  

If you keep a pair of shoes during your rental/trial without returning them for at least 8 WEEKS, YOU OWN THEM AUTOMATICALLY.  We will send you the next pair from your Wish List. 

Can I just buy the shoes if I don't subscribe?

Yes! However, you are responsible for shipping and return costs.  You can exchange or return unworn shoes within 30 days from the purchase date.

 When does the subscription begin after I pay?

Once you purchase the SoleScription monthly membership, your subscription will start immediately. We encourage you to fill up your Wish List with at least 25 pairs so that we can start sending you your top picks right away.

What if I really love a pair of shoes and want to keep them?

Then do it! As a Member, you are allowed to keep your shoes for as long as you wish. If you find that you absolutely have to keep a pair of shoes, you can purchase them at a discount as long as you still are a SoleScription member. Please email iaminlove@solescription.com to inquire about the price. Make the subject "Purchase Shoes" and include your desired size and style.  Please note that all sales are final and non-refundable. 

What is the condition of the shoes?

Sometimes they are brand new! Most often, shoes are pre-worn by our members. Don't worry, though! SoleScription makes every effort to clean and polish each pair of shoes before they arrive at your door.  We hire professional shoe repair companies and utilize SteriShoe UV Shoe Sanitizer that kills 99.9% of germs and bacteria.

What if I want to cancel my subscription?

You may cancel your subscription anytime. However, you must return any pair of shoes that are in your possession before we can cancel your Membership. Please email info@solescription.com with the subject "Cancel Subscription." Membership fees are not refundable. If you are dissatisfied with the Membership for any reason, you may cancel the service anytime before the next monthly billing. If you choose to purchase Products on the Site, sales will be considered final when you complete the purchase on the Site. Thereafter, Products may not be returned and you will not be refunded the cost of the Product for any reason. 

What if I damage the shoes?

We understand that normal wear and tear will happen when you're being fabulous in your shoes.  You will not be charged for the Product in the event of normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear encompasses minor stains, worn sole or heel, scratched sole, stuck zippers or other minor damage that can be repaired by our team of workers and contractors and is covered by the subscription price you paid in order to rent the shoes. If you return a Product that is damaged beyond normal wear and tear, as determined by SoleScription in our sole discretion, then we shall charge you, and you agree to pay, for replacing the Product, up to the retail price for the Product as advertised on our site OR explained to you in the package delivered to you

How much is shipping?

'TRENDY' Membership offers one free shipping (both ways) per monthly cycle.  If Members choose to receive more than two rentals within a monthly cycle, they are responsible for the shipping costs. Just send us an email at info@solescription.com if you'd like to receive more than one pair within a month. 

Does the monthly fee include tax?

Yes!
